The Levine Rehabilitation Center, located in the Morse Geriatric Center, provides unparalleled Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
to seniors who are experiencing cardiovascular, neurological or orthopedic disorders such as strokes,
hip fractures or other debilitating medical conditions. Each rehabilitative and therapeutic care
plan is customized to address the special needs of individual patients.

The staff of the Levine Rehabilitation Center includes a board certified, fellowship trained geriatrician,
nurse practitioner, consulting physiatrist, pain specialist and a wound care specialist who work
daily with physicians and hospital discharge planners to ensure that all patients receive the highest
caliber rehabilitation care in a safe, nurturing environment. The center also provides and encourages participation in discussion
groups and entertainment activities. Friends and family are encouraged to visit.
Short-term rehabilitation patients have access to our
Concierge Program providing specialized attention throughout their stay. Our concierges are assigned
to alleviate any concerns or worries that short-term patients may have, anticipating problems before
they happen, or just sitting down to talk.
When the patient is well enough to return home, the center’s discharge planner can arrange
on the patients behalf:
Care management by our Just Checking! program; Home Health Services (HHA21179096), Adult Day Care
and Kosher Meals-on-Wheels by Kramer Senior Services Agency.
